Koriyama, located in the Fukushima prefecture on Honshu, is our home from the end of January 2007 and the following three years. In Kalmia, b had the opportunity to learn how to make chinese dumplings, as another member gave a lesson.
It was a fun day - the best detail being the making of the stuffing with only chopsticks! Asian style of cooking :-)
The dumplings ended being delicious. Love them!!!
